What we collect
Nothing that identifies you, unless you email us. There are no accounts, sign-ups or forms.
Your location and searches
Near me asks your browser for your location only when you tap Use my location. Your browser then downloads the pharmacies for your area, in squares about 25 km across, and sorts them by distance itself. Your exact location is never sent to us or stored.
Search works the same way: your browser downloads the listings that match the first letters you type and searches them itself.
Analytics
We use Umami Cloud to count:
- page views
- taps on Call, Directions, a pharmacy’s website, and email links
- whether Near me found pharmacies or couldn’t get your location (never the location)
- searches that find nothing
- visits to pages that don’t exist
Umami uses no cookies and collects nothing that identifies you: it counts visits with an anonymous session identifier. Page addresses are recorded without anything after the “?”. When a search finds nothing, we record the first 40 characters of what was typed, to see which places people look for and don’t find. Umami’s servers are in the US and the EU.
Advertising
Pages show ads from Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your earlier visits to this site and other sites. Google’s use of advertising cookies lets it and its partners serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and other sites on the internet.

- You can opt out of other vendors’ use of cookies for personalised advertising at aboutads.info.
If you email us, ImprovMX forwards your message to our inbox. ImprovMX deletes the message once it’s delivered and keeps a log of the sender, recipient and subject for 7 days. We keep your email, and your address, only to reply and to fix listings.
Hosting
Cloudflare serves the site. Like any web host, it handles each request’s IP address and other technical details to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks, under Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Children
The site is for a general audience. It collects nothing that identifies anyone, of any age, who doesn’t email us.
Changes
When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
